There are many factors that affect our personal and nutritional well being: What you are eating, what supplements you are taking, what exercise you are doing, what support system you have, what is going on in your personal relationships, how you are managing career and what you are doing to manage stress - to name just a few.  One person's health food can be another person's poison, so it is important to look at each person individually and holistically. There are no one size fits all solutions. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you given your genetics, environment and tastes.  We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money. We will discuss movement and breath work and the importance of integrating all of these modalities so you can reach your personal health goals.

Eating food is pleasurable. Social. An expression of cultural values and traditions enabling us to connect with the people we love. It is also the one thing people do multiple times daily that sustains and fuels us. It has the power to strengthen us and heal us yet, mainstream medicine has neglected to teach us how we can use food to do just that. Many nutritionists and dietitians focus on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead, I coach my clients to explore new, healing foods through delicious recipes and mindful eating. After a thorough intake with clients, we determine the appropriate foods to eat and which to eliminate for various points in the healing process. We will consider everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, FODMAPS and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and everything in between. With my knowledge, we co-create a completely personalized action plan that works within a client's lifestyle, preferences, and resources. 


My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting strategies that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. 

Whether you are looking to heal an illness with complimentary therapies, or you want to help your child with neurological issues or are just interested in losing weight - each person comes to the table with a unique set of factors. I will listen carefully and we will navigate the world of trend diets, contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. Your individually tailored program might include discussions about the nutritional content of food, one-on-one workshops, cooking delicious recipes, finding what nutritional supplements would compliment your diet or coming up with ideas for stress management.  I help educate my clients and help them to cultivate their own intuition and instincts on how they can heal themselves.  My health coaching sessions and group classes will leave you feeling inspired and motivated.


  • Our 3-part initial evaluation which includes one, 90-minute thorough intake, an evaluation of any lab work and medical records and one, 90-minute feedback session.
  • One-on-one nutritional therapy and/or health coaching sessions which can take place via Skype, over the phone or in person.
  • Our 6-month program, including two, 50-minute sessions monthly, email support between sessions, simple healthy recipes and handouts specific to your needs and goals.
